The Kona Pro Development Program Wants You

The Kona Pro Development Program is the brand’s talent incubation program, serving as a launchpad for the upcoming generation of riders across the gravity, enduro, XC, adventure/endurance, gravel, and freeride disciplines. As they describe it, “This is where raw talent meets opportunity, and where up-and-coming athletes learn to push limits, build their racing resumes, and represent the Kona ethos on and off the bike.”

Kona is currently accepting applications from riders seeking to elevate their skills. Successful Pro Development Program candidates have race/performance goals; proven results, potential, and a strong work ethic; a great attitude and professionalism both on and off the bike; and a passion for progression, community, and riding hard. Selected riders receive access to bike and gear support; performance development opportunities; mentorship from Kona athletes and staff; features on Kona’s channels; and inclusion in Kona events, projects, and media shoots.
