Can anyone identify this rack? I thought it was a Surly 8-pack rack, but it doesn’t appear to match any pictures of the version 1 or version 2 8-pack racks that I can find. It has no logos or markings. It does has mounting holes on the underside for a fork crown mounting bracket, so it is that capability as well. Interestingly , it doesn’t play well with my surly ECR fork. The mounting holes on the shorter struts are set slightly too far back, so the holes don’t line up with the upper rack mounts on the ECR fork.

Ding Ding Ding! I think you've nailed it Colin, thank you for the sharp eye! Since it's an out of production old style, that would explain why it wasn't turning up in any results! The removable low riders disguised it too. Thanks for the ID!
