I want to do this route, light bivy style with maybe a day or two in a refuge. I think 6-7 days should be fine!

Getting back into bikepacking after about a 10-year break — I've done a couple of hotel-to-hotel road tours more recently, but I'm ready to get back out there properly. Looking for company on a route through the Sandhills National Forest in South Carolina — never ridden there before, so I'm up for exploring it together. Easygoing, steady pace — no racing, just good miles and good company. I'm definitely doing this ride on the 14th if anyone else would like to join.

Hello there! Nice to meet you! I am Wouter from the Netherlands, living in Switzerland. I speak fluent English and Dutch. I will ride my 29" rigid MTB from Colombia to Patagonia next year, starting in January. Although I enjoy doing some riding on my own, I enjoy bikepacking most with a like-minded fellow rider. I am an experienced bikepacker having completed routes such as the Route of Caravans. My pacing can be anything from slow to fast. Happy to adapt to your speed! Will you join me?
