I don't have any specific tracks or files but I actually rode the Ha Giang loops on a motorbike several years ago (pre cycling obsession lol)! It is an incredibly beautiful area and it's become very common for tourists. We followed the blog of a motorbike tourer which had other routes and homestays listed; sadly I can't find it but I'm sure there are others out there!
I will say, from some friends that have done it more recently and from other accounts, the Ha Giang loop can now get really crowded with motorbike tourists. It was popular when I did it but it seems to have exploded. I'm talking lines and lines of westerners on motorbikes. I'm not sure how it will be navigating that aspect as a cyclist, but the region is still amazing. Gorgeous views, delicious food, and amazing, king people. Good luck!
