Hi…I’m planning a 10 riding day eastern Canada Maritimes gravel / mixed route. Having a challenging time finding convenient airports to fly from USA. Any advice on awesome coastal / scenic bikepacking routes with fairly straightforward airport connections? We are OK with renting a truck to get to the route within reason (max 3 hours driving). My son and I are planning a two week long door-to-door tour through Colorado this summer. We had planned to ride it in August, but scheduling conflicts have us eyeballing the second half of June. Thoughts? My general rule has been to wait to do high country routes/passes until the fourth of July, but with the (very!) low snow pack this year I'm wondering if June might also be better for water supply and fire danger. Hello lovely people! I'm thinking to swap my original form out for a suspension for on my 2017 Salsa Fargo GX, but I've never purchased a suspension fork, or even a suspension bike and am a little stumped with the various different options and trying to figure out what is both compatible and available to buy currently. Has anyone done exactly this with a similar era Fargo or other bike? Cheers! Michael

currently in the very beginning of drafting a route along the continental divide starting as far north as possible. Looking for some advice for route planning through Alaska and northern Canada. Looking for anything related to resupplies, maps and geographical software, or general tips. I am especially wondering if I should carry a gun. Many of my hunting friends who have spent weeks alone in Alaska and Canada insist that I carry.

Has anyone ridden both the Nordest Sardinha (II) and the Esker Hayduke? How do they compare? Context if you want it: I have a Sardinha II in M/L and I like it a lot (a lot a lot), however I feel like the reach may be slightly too long in the long term, but I love that it fits a large oveja negra framebag on the bike. I wish I had the option of running a 130mm fork on it but it is already overforked at 120. Working towards my forever bike, wondering if the Hayduke in Ti might be the ticket.

Hi, I'm looking to do the Pictish Trail in the scottish highlands in June of this year, in the Cairngorms and the Flow Country. I am seeing various warnings about midges and its not clear if they are super bad in June or not. Anyone ridden the route in June and can speak to how bad those midges are? Planning to be camping.

Hi guys and fellow riders! I am really looking for informations about packing bikes for bikepacking in other country and my main concern that no one seems to talk about is how to manage your bike box? What i'm I suppose to do once I arrive in a foreign country, my bike is all assembled and i'm ready to leave to airport for my amazing adventure... Where does the Bike box go? I've read that you can use bike cardboard box that you can simply get rid of once you arrive but how about when I gotta leave? I've also read that some people contact foreign bike shop and ask for bike box and hope for the best but since i'm going at some place that no one talk english, it kind of stressing me out. I am then asking for your advice or kind reassurance! :)

Hi there, I have been looking at my next bike for bikepacking and I would like to get a hard tail but with so many options it’s hard to narrow it down. I was looking at the sklar tall tale and otso fenrir. I currently have a Kona rove and haven’t spent much time on hardtails but I want to be able to do some more technical stuff. I was looking at not more then 130mm of travel. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you in advance!

Tyre selection. I'm in Europe and my Ogre needs new boots, I ride dry hard trails and some tarmac in spain. Does anyone have a strong recommendation on a tyre choice that gives puncture resistance and durability ( tubeless)
