I bought this 60cm Cycles Toussaint Velo Routier V2 frameset a while back with plans of turning it into a low-trail 650B commuter but never got around to it. With too many projects, I'm passing it on.
It has never been built up and has been hanging in my workshop since new. These are no longer available from Cycles Toussaint.
