Bought this 40 from Cane Creek, have receipt, etc. Never installed. In packaging.
Upper: ZS 44/28.6 with stem cap and everything.
Lower 1: EC 44/30 for a straight 1-1/8" fork.
Lower 2: EC 44/40 for a tapered, 1-1/8" - 1-1/2" fork
Pick one lower. If you want both --- $85 for everything.

My idea was to have two forks: tapered carbon and straight steel, to swap on the same frame for different uses, gravel bikepacking vs heavy mtb/ bikepacking.
