Brand new and never installed. Made in Ukraine, this is the raw steel colorway with 370mm struts. I bought this rack direct, but it took forever to be delivered (...totally understandable given that atrocities that Ukraine is enduring). I ended up going with a different rack solution, so passing this one along.
