I'm between sizes and decided to go with the Large.
Medium also fits me well (6 ft, 200 lbs). Baselayer, alpha and a puffy fit under, for an unconstrained but slimmer fit for an average/athletic build.
Highly rated -- 4.7/ 5 out of 85 reviews, see image. Read the reviews -- the few ones that are not 5 stars take a point off for the longer sleeves, which is true, but perfect for cycling --- with arms extended to the handlebars the sleeves are just right. A huge plus for a cycling rain jacket.
Shipping to CONUS would probably be under $10, it's super light and packs small.
