Paul Racer Brakes center mount with bolts for both recessed and non-recessed mounting. These are used but in very good condition. A small amount of chipping on the front brake, I tried to capture it in the photos. Come with straddle cables, brand new Kool Stop thinline brake pads, and even a Paul sticker! :)
