Everything pictured is available and together gives you a year-round COMPLETE bikepack setup:
- Rigid carbon fork and suspension fork (RS Bluto)
- 27.5" x 3.8" (up to 4.2") fat for winter
- 29" x up to 3.0" for summer (currently has 2.6")
- custom Alpine Luddites frame bag
- Old Man Mtn fork pack mounts and Divide Fat rack

Started as just a fat bike and saw maybe 5-10 rides a season. I then made it into a desert/summer bikepack rig and updated it to 12 speed. It has seen light use on dirt roads. Looks almost new. Want just some of it? We can talk.
