Surly Ice Cream Truck Framset - XL

Surly Ice Cream Truck frameset, size XL, Safety Mask Blue color. Brand new in box; I got this frame as a warranty after I cracked my previous frame and then switched bikes, this one never got built up. Frame, fork, and thru axles are included. The box has only been opened to take pictures for this listing, it's been sitting in my basement since 2022.
