Killer Surly Karate Monkey - Medium - Deep custom and kitted out for trail and bikepacking
Comes with two forks and a bikepacking bag.
Previous-gen Karate Monkey. Custom ‘Devil’s Raincoat’ powder coat. Red sparkle on black.
Uppgrades:
- Velocity Dually super-wide rims laced to Hope Evo Pro 2 hubs
- Continental Black Chili tires
- XT hydraulic brakes
- Thomson stem, seatpost, and carbon bar
- New Carbon crankset 170mm with new chainring - DUB bottom bracket
- 1x10 SRAM - with Wolftooth Giant Cog 42T and replacement cog
- Fox Float 32 fork - serviced by Freewheel in Eden Prairie - less than 12 hours of riding since.
Also Includes:
- For bikepacking - the matching steel fork is included with all the bits needed to convert over, including Hub end-caps.
- Extra crown races and 1 spare bearing.
- Revelate frame bag
- Every Surly MDS chip made for this frame - QR, Track Single Speed, and one other that I don’t even know what it does (prolly makes you fast)
