This is a geometry sample frame from the first Tumbleweed Stargazer production run. It is finished in Bone White and includes a fork from the actual production run. Neither the frame or fork have been built up.
Key differences between this frame and a production XL Stargazer:
Steeper head tube angle (70.5 vs 69 degrees)
Shorter chainstays (440 vs 450mm)
Rear tire size is limited to 29 x 2.4” (or go 27.5 x 3” !)
Effective TT is 605mm
BB drop is the same as a production frame
There are no triple cage mounts on the frame
The production standard Stargazer fork fits 29 x 2.6” tires and has triple bosses.
The frame, fork, and paintwork were completed by the same shops in Taiwan as the actual production run. 15x110mm and 12x148 (boost spacing) through-axles are included plus a seat collar for a 27.2mm post.
Frameset only. Both frame and fork are ED coated.
