– Bottle bosses custom braised to down tube by local frame builder
– Ridden on our Central America trip but still in great condition
– Small dent on down tube, but not structural
– Powder-coated after our tour – battleship gray (RAL 6027)

– Bottle bosses custom braised to down tube by local frame builder
– I added bosses on the fork DIY using a rivnut setter (not the best job, but they work)
– Ridden on our Central America and Africa trips but still in great condition
– Has a share of scrapes and scuffs, but nothing some touchup won’t fix
– Has a patch of green touchup on the head tube that I applied on tour over a good scratch
– A small it of oxidation on cable guides under top tube
