New 2023 Salsa Horsethief Colors and Builds

The super versatile Salsa Horsethief is a full-suspension mountain bike for those looking to keep their options open, and it was just updated with fresh paint and build kits for 2023. The Horsethief continues to be based around 120mm of rear suspension, a 140mm travel fork, a long front end and 67° head tube angle for confident trail riding, and clearance for up to 29 x 2.6″ tires. All sizes fit two full water bottles, and you can adjust the rear pivot’s flip chip to change bottom bracket height by 3mm and head tube angle by 0.2° to suit the terrain and your riding preferences.

While there aren’t any updates to the Horsethief’s frame for 2023, Salsa just announced their latest build kits and paint schemes, which include two carbon builds, two aluminum builds, and a carbon frame-only. Dig into the complete build kits below.
