We couldn’t be more excited to share that the MADE handmade bike show, which debuted this year, is heading back to Portland, Oregon, for 2024. Learn more about one of the most fascinating events of the year here…

In August, the inaugural MADE handmade bike show united a sea of talented builders in Portland to celebrate the art of frame building, the diverse group of people who live and breathe it, and the community that surrounds it. Everyone who attended would agree that it was a special experience packed with so much positivity and good vibes, and a shoutout goes to Billy and the ECHOS Communications team for a wildly successful first go. We were there getting to know the builders and shooting photos of their beautiful bikes. If you missed our coverage, make sure to dig into it here.

We’re excited to share that MADE is heading back to Portland’s Zidell Yards for 2024, but this time with a larger floor plan and venue footprint to accommodate additional exhibitors and attendees. This year’s event brought in more than 200 builders and brands and 5,000 attendees during the three-day event, and next year’s is shaping up to be even bigger.

MADE will open to the public at 12 noon on Friday, August 23rd, through Sunday, August 25th, 2024, with evening events spotlighting local cycling brands and culture. They are also offering new builders discounted booth space to ensure the entire handmade community has the opportunity to participate. Registration for waitlisted brands and new exhibitors will begin at 8 a.m. PST on December 4th.
