Released this week, the new PNW Range Dropper Post and Range Dropper Lever kit is designed to be durable, reliable, and easy on the wallet with a $199 price tag. Find all the details here…

I’ve always been impressed with PNW Components’ dropper posts and other small bike parts. I have had a few of their dropper posts installed on bikes, including their Rainier dropper on my Hudski Doggler, for over three years, and it still feels as good as new. It helps that PNW sells replacement small parts and service parts online, plus a complete selection of service manuals to keep your dropper post running smoothly and as simple as possible. The new PNW Range Dropper Post Kit, consisting of the Range Dropper Post and Range Dropper Lever, builds on PNW’s most affordable lineup with a complete dropper kit that costs just $199.

PNW Range Dropper Post

The PNW Range Dropper joins the Range Pedals and Range Handlebar and offers the best of the Ridge and Rainier posts and the most value for customers. PNW achieved this by engineering a dual cartridge based on the Rainier’s internals while using a 6061 alloy chassis to hit a lower price point without sacrificing performance. They paired it with the Range Lever, which uses a similar silicone thumb pad as the higher-priced Loam Lever but relies on a forged alloy construction (instead of CNC machined) and offers less adjustment.

The Range Dropper Post is internally routed and comes in 30.9mm and 31.6mm sizes and 125mm, 150mm, 175mm, and 200mm travel lengths. It weighs between 570 and 666 grams, depending on the size, and costs just $159 when purchased by itself. The Ranger Lever comes with a 22.2mm clamp, is compatible with any cable-actuated dropper post, and costs $49.

Looking for a complete kit? PNW is offering a Range Dropper and Lever Bundle that includes the dropper post, lever, and a PNW cable kit for $199. Check it out at PNWComponents.com.
