Brother Cycles has announced some new colors for two of its models. The 2026 edition of the recently released Pinecone gets a sweet, fiery Honey Monster color, featuring a crackled yellow base with purple accents, and their Mehteh gravel bike takes on a deep blue-and-black fade dubbed Blue Lagoon. The Pinecone is the brand’s ‘90s-inspired rigid mountain bike, compatible with both disc and rim brakes. Made of skinny chromoly tubes, they say it’s flexy but tough, rowdy and fun, and everything you might want in a rigid ripper.
The Mehteh gets its name from a Himalayan word for the mythical mountain-dwelling Yeti, which literally translates as “Man Beast.” As the brand’s gravel offering, it’s now UDH Compatible. For 2026, Brother Cycles has redesigned the rear dropouts to improve compatibility with modern SRAM drivetrains. Constructed out of Reynolds 725 steel, the frame is matched with the latest Brother carbon gravel fork. Complete with fender mounts, triple cage mounts on each fork blade, dynamo routing, and flip-chip dropouts, it seems a very capable fork for bikepacking ventures. The 2026 edition also comes in this Stealth Black color with gold, hand-drawn logos.
The new Pinecone is now available for pre-order, includes a frame and a fork, and retails for £849 or $1,137 including VAT. Shipping costs will vary by location. The Mehteh retails for £1,199 or $1,604 including VAT, and includes the frame and carbon fork.
