Slovakian framebuilder Marek Parajka’s latest creation is the Arko Bici Zutro, a steel adventure bike with vivid ocean blue science fiction-inspired graphics that depict the fantastical exploration of the oceans and skies. The Zutro is built around 27.5″ wheels and will clear 2.25″ (55mm) tires, and Marek says it’s an incredibly smooth ride. The frame was made with classic 1″ tubes and features a ton of beautiful custom touches, including a whopping 34 mounting bosses, internal dynamo routing, custom fork cages and rear rack, and a fillet-brazed, nickel-plated stem.

Marek built up the frame with a mix of old and new parts, including a Campagnolo 2×10-speed drivetrain, TRP Spyre mechanical disc brakes, a Velogical rim dynamo system, a Cane Creek headset, and custom wheels made with unique Slovakian-made Reactor hubs from RB Designs (which closed around 15 years ago) and BOR rims. As for pricing, he says the frame and fork would cost around €2,300 ($2,450) and the complete bike comes in at €4,500 ($4,800).
