BMC just released the URS LT, which features a new fork with 20mm of micro-travel suspension built into the steerer. Find details and more photos here…
We covered the interesting BMC URS when it was released in 2019. With a rather progressive geometry and 10mm of built-in travel on the rear stays, it’s one of the more forward-thinking gravel bikes that’s come to market recently.
The company just announced the next iteration of the URS, the BMC URS LT, which features a 20mm “Micro Travel Technology Suspension Fork.” According to BMC, it’s optimized for gravel riding by dampening more than 46% of the typical impacts. The fork uses a coil-sprung and oil-damped design that’s completely concealed in the steerer with the hydraulic damper sitting above the crown. It runs with 25% sag (5mm) and has a lockout control that’s mounted directly on top of the steerer. Find specs and photos below.
