For our latest Collective Reward, we’re giving away 20 copies of the sold out second issue of our biannually printed publication, The Bikepacking Journal. We know many of our current members joined after the cutoff to receive issue 02, while other readers of the website have yet to pledge their support by joining our Bikepacking Collective, so here’s a chance for folks in both camps to have a more complete collection of The Bikepacking Journal on their bookshelf.
Inside The Bikepacking Journal 02:
This time around, we dig deeper into a range of themes and questions. What responsibility do we have to the places we pedal through? To the people whose everyday lives intersect our journeys? How does failure shape our mindset for future endeavors? What can we learn from the people who blazed trails before us? Our contributors take us further into new experiences and unfamiliar territory – from Alaska to Ethiopia and Tasmania. They also find fresh meaning in places they’ve pedaled countless times before.
Curious to know more about what’s inside? See details here. And if you want to get a look at the kind of stories we publish in The Bikepacking Journal, check out the web versions of Freedom and Boundless, two features stories from the first issue.
As always, Bikepacking Collective membership is open to anyone, anywhere in the world, for the same price (we print in and ship from beautiful Berlin, after all). Members are automatically entered to win Collective Rewards. In this special instance, only new and existing members who joined after the April 17th cutoff for issue 02 are eligible. Not yet a member? Join the Bikepacking Collective before 11:59 pm EST on Thursday, October 17th, 2019, and you’ll be automatically entered to win a free copy of The Bikepacking Journal 02 in addition to the copies of issues 03 and 04 that you’ll receive as part of your first year’s membership. Thanks for supporting our work!
