For our latest Collective Reward, we’re giving away three handmade MoosePacks handlebar bags. Find out more about the small North Carolina-based brand and how to win one of their bags here…
Collective Reward #080 comes courtesy of the small team at MoosePacks in Boone, North Carolina, who’ve been sewing bags since 2015, focusing on sustainability by sourcing materials from close to home and working to minimize waste and recycle fabrics whenever possible. We recently caught up with founder Matt Moosa to learn more about his goals with the brand, which you can read here. For this giveaway, three members of our Bikepacking Collective will be taking home a Moose Packs Handlebar Bag in their choice of color, a $95 value for each winner.
For their take on the burrito-style handlebar roll, Moose Packs uses DWR-coated 1000D Cordura on the exterior and a 400D nylon pack cloth liner inside. The bag features a YYK water-resistant zipper, a front-facing daisy chain for attaching lights and other accessories, an integrated safety whistle on the zipper pull, and three points of attachment for a secure fit. And as with all of MoosePacks’ products, it includes a lifetime warranty. The Handlebar Bag has a 2L capacity and measures 9″ (23cm) across with a 4.5″ (11cm) diameter, making it perfect for quick-access items like a repair kit, wallet, keys, and snacks.
