For Collective Reward #137, we’re hooking up one randomly selected member of our Bikepacking Collective with a lovely assortment of bags from our friend Narek Papian, the maker behind Montreal-based Atwater Atelier (@atwateratelier). This giveaway includes a useful mix of five expertly crafted bags and is valued at just over $350 USD. Find details on everything that’s included below.
Atwater Atelier Bags
Available in three sizes, Atwater’s new Expedition Half Frame Bag sports a single zippered pocket on the drive side, a bright internal liner with built-in storage, top tube paracord lace, and a downtube exit port for cables or a bladder hose. It’s made of 1000D Cordura with a Ripstop 70D DWR lining, and our winner will receive a special 19″ edition.
Made of a 1000D Cordura exterior with a bright 18oz truck tarp liner, the Forager is Atwater’s take on the classic stem bag. It features an external pocket, double-layer Maritex expansion top with pull cord, metal grommet on the bottom for drainage, and it attaches to your bike with two Velcro loops and a shock-cord lower stabilization strap. Our winner will receive a pair of them.
At 11.5″ inches long, the new Éclair Fuel Tank is Atwater Atelier’s biggest top tube bag yet, and it strikes a great balance between big capacity and small footprint. It’s made from 1000D Cordura with a Ripstop 70D DWR liner and burly YKK AquaGuard zipper. Velcro and shock cord secure it snugly to the top tube, and closed cell foam sidewalls and an HDPE plastic insert at the base help it keep its shape.
Lastly, the handy Cell Pouch is perfect for a phone or small camera, and it’ll mount to the side of a basket or your handlebars or stem. It has a rigid construction and quick-release buckle and is made from 1000D Cordura with 18oz Coverlight truck tarp inner lining. You can see all of the bags in Atwater’s expansive range of readymade and custom offerings over at AtwaterAtelier.com.
