The new carbon kLite Revolution wheels are designed to be incredibly durable, reliable enough for bikepacking and ultra-racing, and they come stock with a Shutter Precision dynamo up front for all of your power generating needs. What makes the kLite Revolution wheels special is their dual-layer kevlar mesh construction. While any carbon rim can eventually crack, the mesh holds the rim together and will allow you to get home, or maybe even through the end of your trip.

Here’s what Kerry at kLite has to say about the new wheels: “To maximize the effect of fatigue reduction and endurance, we have removed two layers of carbon and swapped them for two layers of TeXtream Spread Tow Innegra mesh, very strong and very light, much harder to break than carbon layers. We lay this over the top of the carbon rim, like armor plating. Now you have no need to worry about carbon rims taking a hit, we have tested these and they are really strong. When we add the effects of the wide rim, low pressure, more vertical compliance through shape, and mesh layering, we get a rim maximised for rigid bikes that also beats you up less. I have tested the gravel version, they feel really fast and have a light and energetic feel, which is really nice, like having two extra inches of travel. I am super happy with them and can say the design is up to the kLite standard you know and love.”
