Neil, Joe, and I just wrapped up a fantastic bikepacking trip in Southern Arizona, where we followed a mix of technical Arizona Trail segments and stunning gravel roads south of Tucson and back again. We were spoiled with regular resupply options, carrying a max of two days’ worth of food at a time, so we all opted for minimal cook kits and simple meals when cooking away from civilization.
