Freshly updated for fall, fizik just added two new colorways to their popular line of Terra Ergolace X2 all-mountain MTB shoes. The latest additions are Desert/Black and Grey/Yellow Fluo, making for a total of six color options.
For readers unfamiliar with the Terra Ergolace X2s, fizik says they’re, “at home off road and far from the beaten track, thanks to a resilient build as well as an adaptable design that balances pedalling efficiency perfectly with comfort and control.”
As the name implies, they use the brand’s Ergolace closure system, which looks like a classic lace-up design but with an offset ergonomic design that helps cradle the foot for a secure fit while pedaling. They’re constructed from a durable ripstop material and have an X2 outsole—designed with long days of riding and hike-a-biking in mind—with Vibram Megagrip treads to provide grip on loose surfaces. The Ergolace X2s are SPD compatible for those who like to ride clipped in.
