The new Ritchey Ultra Team Edition frameset features their iconic red, white, and blue fade paint job, boost hub spacing, and clearance for 27.5 x 2.8″ tires. Find all the details here…
The latest Ultra Team Edition frameset from Ritchey is a looker! Decked out in Ritchey’s iconic red, white, and blue team colours, the Ultra Team Edition frameset is what Ritchey describes as a “modern, versatile steel hardtail that caters those of us that like to get rowdy, go big and dip into no-holds-barred shredding.” The frame is designed around a 120mm travel fork, boost hub spacing, and can accommodate tires up to 27 x 2.8″ or 29 x 2.4″. The heat-treated, triple-butted Ritchey Logic steel frame has a replaceable stainless-steel derailleur hanger, internal dropper post routing, and a 73mm threaded bottom bracket.
It appears not much has changed on the geometry side of things. It’s still based around a 68.5° head tube angle, 439mm chain stays, a 73.5° seat tube angle. At first glance it looks like it would make a great all-rounder, for those looking to build up a steel bikepacking rig that will handle technical singletrack riding as well.
