Announced today, PRO has expanded their line of mountain bike components to include four new carbon mountain bike bars and two new dropper posts. The update includes more rise options for their lineup of Tharsis 3Five carbon handlebars, a 100mm gravel dropper post, and a new 34.9mm Koryak Dropper Post to fit even more frame types.
Tharsis 3Five Carbon Handlebar Lineup
Joining PRO’s line of Tharsis 3Five Carbon Handlebars are four different rise options to accommodate nearly every rider and riding style. The new models include the Flat, Flat Top, Minirise, and High Rise; each varying in rise and upsweep while maintaining a 9° backsweep and sub-200g overall weight. Accompanying the new carbon handlebars is a new alloy 3Five stem. It uses a 35mm clamp diameter, forged alloy construction, a +/- 9-degree angle, and comes in five different lengths from 60 to 100mm. The alloy 3Five stem has a MSRP of $110 and weighs 160g (80mm).
Tharsis 100mm Dropper Post
Targeted at rowdy gravel adventurers or lightweight cross-country riding, the new Tharsis 100mm Dropper Post features a new 2-bolt head design with titanium bolts, full alloy internals, and oval shape, and tips the scales at just 415 grams. It’s available in three post diameters (27.2, 30.9, 31.6mm) and has a MSRP of $330 USD.
Koryak 34.9mm Dropper Post
The 150mm travel Koryak Dropper Post has been expanded to include a 34.9mm post diameter option, while still featuring their 1-bolt clamp design, internal routing, and a MSRP of $300 USD.
