Randi Jo Fabrications Wool Caps Have Some Fresh Colors

Randi Jo Fabrications’ wool cycling caps come in standard versions in multiple weights and one with a clever flip-up ear cover. With just a few colors available on the site, they’ve now added some new options to both the tropical weight wool cap and the wool flip-up cap. The tropical weight gets two new colors, forest green and a handsome-looking (nearly black) dark grey, and the flip-up cap is now available in a dark grey with a dark blue ear flap accent. Randi Jo also noted that all of the earflap colors on the rest of their flip-up models have been updated for better color matching.

All Randi Jo Fabrications wool caps are made from U.S. wool, feature a classic four-panel construction, and feature a slightly wider brim than typical cycling caps for added sun protection. The flip-up caps use merino wool for the ear flap and have a cotton twill tape finish. The tropical weight wool caps are similar but feature an elastic in the back panel for a snug fit. Both caps come in a full four-size range, with the flip-up wool caps retailing for $50 and the tropical weight wool caps costing $45.
