New for spring/summer 2024, Rapha has expanded its range of women’s cycling apparel with a collection designed by women riders for women riders, and they’re launching it alongside an empowering “This is How We Ride” campaign that shares the voices of five women (Amy, Samra, Arame, Ahlam, and Bel) who share their unique perspectives on cycling. Of note in the new collection is the brand’s first range of modest wear, which they developed in tandem with Cycle Sisters, an award-winning collective that inspires and enables Muslim women to cycle.

“For too long, we have been an afterthought: pushed aside and made to wear kit that limited our self-expression, and restricted how we love to ride. We’ve been left out of races, undervalued and underestimated. It’s about time for change,” wrote Ruby Boddington on Rapha’s This is How We Ride campaign page. The new collection seeks to be one step toward that change.
