Looking to bring some new gear range to your drop-bar gravel bike? The new 12-Speed Upgrade Kit from Ratio is designed to do just that. It allows you to run a 12-speed Eagle derailleur and cassette with your existing SRAM 11-speed shifters by swapping out some small bits within the shifter itself. The kit includes: Ratio 12-speed ratchet, Ratio cable fin, Ratio cable adjuster, Spare cable fin circlip, M2.5 screw for shifter ratchet replacement, and a Ratio chainstay sticker. All you need is an 11-speed shifter from the Red, Force, Apex, or S series groups; an Eagle derailleur from the XX1, X01, or GX groups; a SRAM Eagle 12-speed cassette; a chain, and a chainring. The entire kit costs £49.50 (~$64.56 USD). Check out the installation videos from Ratio below.
