The new Revelate Designs FKT Series is a collection of the brand’s lightest and fastest bikepacking gear. Think of it as their best option for anyone hoping to ditch excess grams and chase records or personal bests. The series includes several pre-existing bags from Revelate, as well as a few new options that have been re-tooled to be even lighter. Launched alongside the new series is an updated Pitchfork Aerobar System and the new Ultra Shrew Seat Bag. Find details on both below.
Updated Revelate Designs Pitchfork
Launched ahead of the 2024 Tour Divide, the Revelate Designs Pitchfork Aerobar System is a two-part holster bag system for aerobars. The holster itself carries a 6L dry bag that slides in from the front, and two stretchy 1L pockets on each side are perfect for quick-access items or stashing extra layers. There’s also a bungee lace-up on top of everything for additional storage.
For 2026, Revelate has updated the holster material from a Challenge EPX 200 laminate to a Dimension Polyant DX40 UHMWPE. They say it’s stiffer, and instead of being blue, it’s now white. The complete system weighs just 170 grams (6 ounces), is made in the USA, and costs $199 USD (up from $160 at launch). Take a closer look at RevelateDesigns.com.
New Revelate Designs Ultra Shrew
The original Shrew seat bag was released in 2019. It’s not quite big enough to be considered a bikepacking bag, being their smallest seat bag ever, but it’s suitable for single-day brevets, singletrack epics, and long gravel rides for stashing ride essentials.
The original version was made from Dimension Polyant VX-21 and weighed just 140 grams. The Ultra Shrew is made from Challenge Ultra 200 X UHMWP and weighs 136 grams (4.7 ounces). It offers the same minimal design, 2.25L of storage, and is made in the USA. The Ultra Shrew costs $99 and is available here.
