There’s a new show streaming on Amazon and Vimeo that will surely be of interest to our readers. Ride To Extraordinary Season One: The TNGA is a documentary series that follows riders in one of the toughest bikepacking races around. Here’s the series trailer and some more details on the show…

Ride to Extraordinary Season One: The TNGA follows the 2017 Trans North Georgia Adventure (TNGA), focusing on the “real heroes” who left the ordinary world behind to for an extraordinary challenge. The TNGA is a test of will and endurance — 355 miles filled with more than 50,000 feet of grueling mountain climbs, wicked singletrack, treacherous downhills, river crossings, hike-a-bikes, wild bears, boars, snakes – all in the blistering heat and unrelenting humidity of a Georgia summer. Ride to Extraordinary is brought to you by filmmakers Kris Wheeler, Patrick Sheehan, and Wayne Franklin, and produced by Liquid Coast Films, PSI Pictures, and Wannabe Films.

“We follow not only the race leaders — who push through the entire course with almost no sleep and finish in just over two days — but also the unlikely heroes. The single mom fighting back against an autoimmune disease. The 69-year-old female retiree, seeking to become the oldest rider to ever finish TNGA. The coach who wants to inspire the kids on his mountain bike team. The work-a-day father who just wants to make his family proud.”
