Just announced, the redesigned Ritchey Ascent is now available in a slick new Desert Dust paint job with some fresh frame tweaks and updates. Check it out here…

The Ritchey Ascent saw a major redesign in 2021, paying homage to its adventurous beginnings some 30 years ago but with modern specs and features that look appealing for bikepacking and all-terrain riding. It features a heat-treated, TIG-welded steel frame, Boost hub spacing, and clearance for 27.5 x 2.6” or 29 x 2.6” tires.

Aside from the new Desert Dust paint job, the latest Ritchey Ascent also received a third bottom mount under the down tube and a new fork with triple pack mounts, dynamo routing, and rack and fender mounts. As Ritchey puts it: “Throw a mountain bike bar on it and some 27.5” wheels for more trail-oriented adventures. Or ride it with drop bars and 29” wheels for some longer-distance rough road riding. However you choose to roll, your riding possibilities are limitless atop the new Ritchey Ascent.”
