Sami Sauri, a well-known cyclist and photographer, recently made an appearance on the Wander Women’s Collective, a podcast focusing on women pushing boundaries and embracing unconventional paths. For more on this intriguing conversation, dig in below…

Photographer, writer, videographer, and full-time cyclist Sami Sauri recently appeared on the Wander Women’s Collective podcast where she spoke to her recent travels, perspective on modern gravel racing, and so much more. Host Gracie Hinz does a great job of talking to Sami about a range of interesting topics, and ones that we might not have heard her speak on before.

While they cover an array of ideas, it was interesting to hear Sami speak to her experience working in a field that has largely been dominated by men. Be it through the racing side or documentation of events, Sami speaks to what it’s like to work in these spaces and her frustrations about the lack of female involvement across the board. It’s an important topic to be cognizant of, and one that clearly means a lot to both Gracie and Sami.
