Happening tomorrow in Boise, “Sin Maíz No Hay País” is a photo show from Access Fund awardee Peter Lovera that will showcase a selection of images from his bikepacking trip in Oaxaca last year, plus collaborations with artist Miguel Almeida, a live DJ, bikes on display, and lots more. Find details here…

If you’re in Boise tomorrow, don’t miss Sin Maíz No Hay País (Without Corn, There is no Country), a collaborative photography and illustration show from BIKEPACKING.com Access Fund grantee Peter Lovera (@loveralobo) and his close friend Miguel Almeida (@miguelalmeida.art). Many of Peter’s fantastic images from Oaxaca will be on display, along with a live DJ, a Q&A session with the artists, a display of Peter’s bikepacking rig and gear from his ride through Mexico, refreshments, and more. Plus, 20% of all sales will be donated directly to the Idaho Immigrant Resource Alliance.

There will be a larger follow-up show in early June with a couple of films, a larger gallery of photos, and more illustrated works. After that point, Peter has plans to post pieces for sale online as well. We’ll share details on that show later this month, and we hope to publish more from his trip here on the site this summer.
