Just released, the new Sonder Signal ST takes their aggressive 29er hardtail platform and builds it around a 4130 Chromoly Steel frame for fast, flowy, aggressive riding. Find photos, build options, and specs here…

Previously only available in titanium, the new Sonder Signal ST sees a fresh new 4130 Chromoly Steel frame as well as three new build kits ranging from $1,605 to $2,810 USD. Although the Signal ST isn’t outfitted with additional bosses or rack mounts, it looks like a fun bike for those on the hunt for a nearly indestructible hardtail for exploring mountain passes and singletrack exploration. The Signal ST is designed for 29″ wheels, with clearance for up to 29 x 2.6″ tires, uses BOOST hub spacing, a 73mm threaded bottom bracket, external cable routing, and internal dropping post routing. The frame is optimized for 130mm travel forks and Sonder claims the 66° head tube and 74° seat tube angle “give you the confidence to bomb the descents and while still being able to climb like a mountain goat.”

The Signal ST NX Eagle build above retails for $2,140 USD, while the more affordable SX Eagle build and high end GX Eagle options retail for $1,605 and $2,810 USD, respectively.
