Best known for its lineup of beautifully designed bells, Spurcycle is entering the mirror game with options for both flat-bar and drop-bar bikes and two size options for each. Learn all about the new Spurcycle Mirrors here…

Spurcycle makes some of the nicest bells in the game. Once you’ve used one, it’s hard to imagine using any other type of bell, which is why today’s product launch is especially exciting. While bicycle-specific mirrors aren’t anything new, they’re somewhat overlooked from a design and quality standpoint, and Spurcycle took on the challenge of bringing a better bicycle mirror to market. After lots of research and development, they created mirrors that deliver “optical clarity, durability, compact form, and ease of use,” according to Spurcycle.

The Spurcycle Mirrors come in two versions: R-Series for drop bar bikes and C-Series for flat bar bikes. Both series include two size options with names that correspond to the diameter of the mirror. The R35 has a 35mm mirror, the R50 has a 50mm mirror, the C50 has a 50mm mirror, and the C70 has a 70mm mirror. They are designed to be slim and streamlined, with a composite nylon body and tempered glass mirror. The mirror is adjustable thanks to a secure ball and socket with adjustable tension, symmetric mounting for both sides of the bike, and a simple install thanks to an expanding sleeve that tightens via a 4mm hex key.

Like their bells, the Spurcycle Mirrors are guaranteed for life, meaning they’re durable, serviceable, and rebuildable. If you have any issues, Spurcycle promises to take care of any concerns with prompt service and support. All the mirrors require an internal bar diameter of 14-21mm. The R35 and R50 mirrors weigh 31 and 45 grams, respectively, and both cost $30. The C50 and C70 mirrors weigh 73 and 97 grams and cost $34.
