Swift Industries’ new Umbra Collection embraces the classic PNW style of their home turf in the Pacific Northwest by blending technical fabrics with earth tone colors and textures. The Umbra collection is a limited run made up of their two most popular bags: the Zeitgeist Pack and Moxie Top Tube Bag. Both are constructed from “foliage” Cordura, “dark green” VX21, and “dovetail gray” X50.
Swift Umbra Collection Moxie Top Tube Bag
Handmade in USA, the Moxie is a simple top tube bag that tucks neatly behind the bicycle stem. It has a YKK water resistant zipper, closed cell foam padding around its perimeter, and comes with three velcro straps with adjustable webbing attachment points. It features a reversed Dimension Polyant X50 fabric on the side panels, Cordura perimeter, and Packcloth 400D liner.

Swift Umbra Collection Zeitgeist Pack
The Umbra Collection Zeitgeist Pack features the same unique mix of technical fabrics, with reversed X50 side pockets, a dark green X-Pac top opening lid, and a grey bottom fabric. Thanks to its integrated fiberglass strut, the Zeitgeist can be used as a handlebar bag or saddle bag. It has a rigid HDPE liner that helps hold its shape and an internal compression strap to keeps it wrapped up tight.
The Umbra Zeitgeist holds up to 12L, just like the standard version. It measures 13″ wide with pockets folded or 19″ when fully loaded. It also has reflective detailing, it’s PFAS free, and comes with foam spacers and Voile-style straps. It costs $215 and is available from BuiltBySwift.com.
