Laurens Ten Dam

Laurens Ten Dam is certainly one to watch in this year’s Tour Divide. At this time of this posting, he’s in fifth place overall. Laurens formerly competed professionally in road cycling between 2003 and 2019 and had some impressive results, including a ninth-place finish in the 2014 Tour de France. Since “retirement” Laurens turned his attention to gravel racing and bikepacking, taking place in several high-level events. In their latest video, Live Slow Ride Fast got Laurens to talk about the Specialized Epic World Cup S-Works and the gear he’s using in the 2024 Tour Divide. Watch it below and find his rig in our drop-bar roundup here.

Jack Keough

Adventure filmmaker Jack Keogh from Canberra, Australia, is riding a Hunt Bikes Landcruiser v2. Jack put together this video showcasing his gear list and bike, which he thinks anyone planning a big trip could benefit from as he focuses on packing minimally and looks for the perfect balance of comfort and weight. Watch his video below and you can learn more about his kit in our drop-bar roundup.

Ryan Van Duzer

Our friend Ryan Van Duzer is riding the brand-new 2024 Priority 600ADX with a Pinion/Gates drivetrain and a few other interesting details, including a kickstand! You can learn more about his rig in our flat-bar roundup here, and he also made this YouTube short.
