Our friend Jeanne Lepoix made this fun, short film featuring a group ride on the Woods Rat Run in England. Watch it here and learn more about this relatively new but already popular route…
Starting at The Woods Cyclery in Lyndhurst—with the allure of great coffee and delicious pastries to begin the day—the Woods Rat Run bikepacking route swiftly winds under towering oaks and elms, following the white forest trails of the New Forest, a favorite spot for gravel riders in the south of England. Between the windswept coastal paths of Purbeck, the dark overgrown lanes of Dorset, and the bumpy forest tracks of the New Forest, filmmaker Jeanne Lepoix’s happy convoy tackled the route back in the summer. As evidenced in the fun short video Jeanne made, their crew was carried along by a wave of laughter joy with Jeanne’s four-year-old daughter Zoé leading the way. Watch it below and find more information on the route further down.
