While Timon Fish and Jefe Branham took the spotlight for their record-setting Arizona Trail 300 rides, our own Neil Beltchenko also achieved an incredible time on the route a couple of weeks ago. Neil finished the 280-mile ride in 1d, 23h, and 12m, which is one of only four AZT 300 rides recorded in under two days (another of which was Neil’s 2018 ride). And in our latest video, Neil unpacks the ultralight fastpacking setup he used on this ride and details the importance of convenience on a rig like this, what kind of bike works best, and highlights essential items such as lights, water storage, calories, and much more. Watch it below, then scroll down for photos from Neil’s ride and his full gear list
