It’s Always Sunny in Purbeck! (Video)

Our friends over at the Woods Cyclery in Lyndhurst, UK, put together a fun little video using an old Super 8 film camera after riding the Purbeck Bimble overnighter route. Watch “It’s Always Sunny in Purbeck!” and find details about the route here…

Filmed by James Sharpe on his old Super 8 film camera, It’s Always Sunny in Purbeck follows a crew from The Woods Cyclery in Lyndhurst, UK. Living only a few miles from the start of the route, they followed most of our Purbeck Bimble (details below) to make a nice little local overnighter. “I may be biased, but Purbeck is still my favourite place to ride in the world,” said The Woods’ Tom Farrell, adding, “A dreamy spot with good people is all you need whatever the weather.” Watch it below, then scroll on for route details and a small gallery from their trip.

It was just a little overnighter, but one we’ll remember forever!

About the Purbeck Bimble

As the name suggests, the Purbeck Bimble isn’t a mile-crunching sufferfest. Rather, it’s an exploratory ramble that uncovers almost every nook and cranny of Dorset’s beguiling Isle of Purbeck. Because despite its modest proportions, this petite parcel of Dorset land is filled with many treasures, be it roller-coasting bridleways, a crumbling castle, quirky place names, spectacular ridge riding, gorgeous swimming coves, or fine local fare. Find the full route guide here.
