When a mapping app led bike tourist Jan Lauber to an illegal border crossing on a gravel sideroad in Kosovo, things went haywire. Jan produced this fun little illustrated video to document the unfortunate series of events. Watch it here…
After mapping a route on a cycling app, an innocent-seeming sideroad led traveling cyclist Jan Lauber to an extraordinary experience at the border from Serbia to Kosovo. Jan was ultimately forced to confront a string of bureaucratic red tape and the effects of a tense relationship between two countries. After the fact, Jan put together this cleverly illustrated, fun video to document the experience. Hit the CC button for English subtitles.
