Check out Synch Tec’s Comfy Convertible Hats

Although they’ve been around since 2019, it wasn’t until yesterday that I stumbled upon Synch Tec’s cozy hats courtesy of my old home shop, Angry Catfish in Minneapolis, who are now stocking them in the store. Designed to easily convert from hat to neck gaiter and offered in a lovey range of ultra-soft fabrics, there’s something undeniably alluring about Synch Tec’s Minnesota-made flagship product.

Designed “to be worn above or below your big smile,” they’re more than fairly priced at $27, and one size fits most. I’m almost certainly buying one when my fabric of choice is restocked—something maker Chuck is doing as quickly as possible given the growing demand. Most options are sold out at the moment, though a few are available.
