Part of the FUTURE Eastern Continental Divide Mountain Bike route, you can expect to ride miles of off road terrain ranging from Forest Roads to Buff remote singletrack.

This year we have the pleasure of providing the option to Ride the Southern Alabama Lowlands Traverse AKA SALT route created and curated by Kim Murrell. Riders who want to ride this as a prelude to the start of their Alabama – Florida Divide will start on Thursday, April 9th so that they can be at the grand depart on April 13th.

Riders can also ONLY ride the SALT if they choose to do so, shuttle services are being arranged. There are FOUR route options available, CHOOSE WISELY.

You will choose your route when you register with trackleaders before the event. Your non refundable entry fee gets you the route files and the trail guides and has nothing to do with participating in the event. Whether you ride the longest or the shortest route your fees will net you all the information. There are NO REFUNDS as the information is released as soon as you pay and it’s processed.

SALT ONLY OPTION 260 miles.

Fargo To Flamingo 850 miles.

Fargo to Key West 950 miles.

Alabama to Flamingo 1400 miles

Alabama to the Keys 1500 miles.

There will be a group start, but riders can coordinate a personal start time with the Singletrack Samurai. Riders are also permitted to start south and go north. I look forward to seeing you Take on the Challenge of a Lifetime.

Rules are traditional self-supported rules for riders who wished to be scored. If you just want to tour the route, follow whatever rules you like! SPOT or Garmin INReach Trackers are required.
