The DangerBird 250 blurs the line between a festival and an endurance bike event. Mix in a little family reunion vibe and the option to skip the bike and run the route instead, and it’s clear this event can be whatever you need it to be. The purpose has always been to gather together, push your personal limits, and connect with nature.

The standard route is 250 miles of solitude, sand, and green chile laden burritos winding through Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks National Monument. A few folks go fast. If that’s too much, or you insist on riding a gravel bike, we’ll happily provide alternatives. It’s your time and your experience. We’re here to help, not restrict or confine you.

Join us if you like bikes, making friends, being outside in the warm sunshine, and eating spicy stuff.
