The Central MO Circuit is a 340-mile ultra race on over 50% gravel. It starts and finishes at Try Athletics in Columbia, MO. The ideal bike to ride would be a gravel bike with 40-50mm tires. There is no rules except ride the route, under your own power, and don’t be a jerk The Short Circuit is 175 miles, sharing 125 of those with the Central MO Circuit. It is fully an ultra race. The event will start together, and you will still get all the trail magic of the full length race, in a slightly smaller package
The event designed for anyone interested in the sport of Ultra Cycling. If you have never entered an event before, the distance can be covered in long weekend. There are easy to use campsites, and no more than 60 miles between refuel stops. For those that want to test their limits, a single hard push is possible and will be very rewarding.
