SCHLEUDERGANG EINTAUSEND is a self-supported, fixed-route ultracycling adventure that starts simultaneously in Dresden and Nuremberg, with a meeting point in Czechpoint, and can be ridden in two distances: 1000km and 500km.

The 1000-kilometer routes connect both cities, while the 500-kilometer routes each cover part of the loop from one city to the other. All routes meet at least once at a common Czechpoint in Bohemia. At our community Czechpoint, all riders from all directions meet, can rest and chat with each other before continuing on their way.

The routes are all-road, i.e. mainly asphalt, with sections of gravel and forest trails to make the ride more varied. Over the entire distance, you can expect around 14,000 meters of elevation gain through Saxon Switzerland, the Ore Mountains, the Eger Valley, the Fichtel Mountains, and Franconian Switzerland.

It’s not a race. There is no podium, no support, no shortcuts. It’s a challenge for you. You decide when you ride, when you rest, and how you get through it.
